Sanchez...

after thinking about it for a while, I have come to the realization that Sanchez skipping out on his senior year is okay.

The return of Taylor Mays to anchor the defense is more important.

The improvement of the offensive line is also more important, and the talent of the quarterbacks waiting to replace Sanchez is more than sufficient.

Sanchez will leave 'SC without giving the school his best.

Granted he waited for 3 years for his chance, but once it arrived, he was not spectacular.

Of the 13 games he started in 2008, he played to his maximum potential in 3 or 4 at most.

I can't blame him for leaving...

The money talks and the bullshit walks...

But as for his place in USC history, don't look for more than a footnote Mark.

Fight On

  1. Sanchez leaving is a BLESSING. Everyone thinks he's great because he ripped up Penn St.'s defense in the Rose Bowl, when the Nittany Lions essentially played vanilla cover 3 all day and made zero adjustments.

USC has to have someone better than him. They'll be in the running again next year.
